So if you are in the mood for cold fries and slush citizens, this is the place for you. In addition, some of the citizens had been stored too long so they were no longer fresh. The operation so the service is mixed. So by service I mean something else.

Unfortunately it went completely wrong with us today. The vegetarian burger had a meat patti and bacon on it. Absolutely incompetent staff! Last time I got a long chicken with cheese instead of Xtra Long Chili Cheese with bacon. Can happen, not that bad This time got an Xtra Long, but without bacon. So paid for things that I didn't get. So you don't just have to check the contents of the bag in the store, you also have to open the burger.

Food is good so far, but most of the time the order isn't right. Often you pay for things that are not in the bag in the end

Well it's fast food but it's cheaper than Burgerme and there is not much of a difference in quality. The coupons you can get on your phone are great and is definitely worth the money and the waiting time is very short.

Delivery relatively fast. But get fake citizens. When calling the branch after the problem hearing, they simply hung up.

The first citizen was cold, so really cold, that even the cheese wasn't even slightly melted. But that's not a drama for me. I'll make one condition and that's it. I felt rather angry that the disinfectant was empty, the ladies' toilet was dirty and there was no soap, I just don't think that's possible, right now !!!! Ps: The second citizen I got because the other one went back was really delicious, nice and hot, the fries were great too!

Absolutely outrageous over 3 euros for a half full cup of cappuccino !? When asked, the employee said in broken German that would be normal, she couldn't help it. We will definitely not come back here again!

I saved this receipt specially so that I also think about the rating of this store. I was in transit over a year ago, and I was at the branch for a while to take something to eat and drink. Since I also had a small need, I briefly visited the toilet. As soon as I got this, I knew immediately that I would not order anything to eat here in this branch, then I would take a maximum of one coffee from the machine and it was good. I have never seen toilets so dirty, dirty and run down. No soap either for men or women, no possibility to dry hands and we don't want to talk about cleanliness now.
